한국 성장기 아동의 III급 부정교합 양상에 관한 두부방사선 계측학적 연구

Abstract
결론
III급 부정교합 아동의 양상을 알아보기 위해 III급 부정교합과 정상교합을 지닌 8세에서 12
세사이의 한국 성장기 아동의 측모두부 방사선사진을 촬영하여 11개 항목에 대하여 통계학
적으로 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.
1. 11개 항목에 대해 III급 부정교합자와 정상교합자의 유의성 검증결과, SNA, Maxillary
incisor to point A(mm), Maxillary incisor-NA line(angle), Maxillary incisor to NA
line(mm), IMPA, Facial angle, Pog to Nasion Perpendicular(mm)에서 두 군간에 유의한
차가 있었다(P<0.05).
2. III급 부정교합에 있어서 상악골과 하악골이 정상범위에 있는 유형이 가장 많았으며, 상
악골이 정상범주에 있고 하악골이 정상범위보다 전방에 위치한 유형이 그 다음이었다.
3. 수직성분 분석에서는 III급 부정교합자의 54%에서 long lower facial height였으나, short
lower facial height는 10%에 불과했다.

This study was performed to analyse the pattern of the Class III malocclusion in
Korean growing children. The cephlometric radiograms were taken from the growing
children at 8 to 12 years old, then 11 items were statistically analysed.
The results of this study were as follows :
1. As compared 11 items between Class III malocclusion and normal occlusion, there
was significant difference on SNA angle, Maxillary incisor to point A(mm), Maxillary
incisor-NA line(angle), Maxillary incisor to NA line(mm), IMPA, Facial angle and Pog
to Nation Perpendicular(mm) between Class III malocclusion and normal occlusion.
2. The most common Class III malocclusion pattern was found that the normal maxilla
and madible followed by normal maxilla and prognathic mandible.
3. In vertical component of Class III malocclusion, subjects with long lower facial
height were 54% of the total but with short lower facial height were 10%.
